Sweet and Sassy
I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful family this past autumn when the light was just incredible. I was worried that it would be too cold, but they were champs, and this little darling was a true firecracker! She kept herself warm by running all over the place and exploring. You will notice her back arch in the some of the photos when she is being held. Don't cramp her style! She wanted space to roam free! Make room for this little soul. She is spicy and is going to make some noise in life (like some of her other family members I know!) Instead of fighting against her will, her beautiful parents went with it and jumped into the shots, and loved on her whenever they could. That is what makes beautiful photos. BEING in the moment instead of fighting against it. Loving each other. Being genuine and authentic. You can just see the adoration on her parents' faces. It was a true love fest, my friends, and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way.

I know people think summer is the best time for photos because of the weather, but I have to say that I love the spring and fall for a couple of reasons. The light is incredible AND you don't have to wait until 8pm to do the shoot. I always shoot about an hour and a half before sunset and you can imagine how late that is in the summer!!
